The pilot was not longer in charge, they knew the plane was going to crash. They left goodbye messages for their loved ones. They made the plane crash in a field to prevent it from taking out either the White House or Congress. People in the past have given their lives to defend this country. You must be quite young not to make the connection to today.
I'm old enough to remember that there was no plane at the alleged crash site in Shanksville. There was a hole and small pieces of debris, nothing that couldn't be carried lightly with one hand.
Sounds like you are basing your knowledge off of the movie.
I am old enough to have watched the FAA tromping about the crash site. I did not even know there was a movie. This period in history is so painful for a lot of people. We saw this in real time. That there is a question of who knew what and when, I have an open mind on that. But the phone call as far as I know has never been disputed. You can make a call from airplanes but it interferes with the electronics. Would anyone even care about that in the situation they were in. Would they even give that a thought. You are entitled to believe what ever your investigations lead you to believe. My point in posting was to indicate that America was important enough to some people to give their life to protect the freedom that it represents to Americans and people from around the world. I personally am proud of that.
Really? Why wasn't there any evidence at the scene of a plane crash at Shanksville?
The FBI confiscated over 70 camera's footage facing the Pentagon and none show a plane. The FBI has confirmed this in response to FOIAs.
Part of the evidence for "Let's Roll" comes from cell phones. How the fuck were people using cell phones on a plane?
How does this have anything to do with "defending America" and how is it connected to what's going on now?
