Because they tore down statues and the media cheered "Peaceful Protest!"and the authorities watched. Because they destroyed businesses and the media nodded and officials did nothing. Because they burned entire city blocks and our betters exclaimed "righteous resistance!" Because they beat us in the streets and called us fascist and the politicians encouraged more. Because they harassed us in our homes and restaurants and public spaces and we told we didn't deserve any peace because "white privilege"
The Capitol peaceful protesters were playing by the only rules we were taught.

Because the police took down the barricades and escort everyone in.
Trump supporters didn't create "riot culture". The left did.
Now they are upset that the chickens have come home to roost.
It was open for every other protest they ever saw there. On TV and in-person.
I was there during a protest when there ~100k people there. Went all over the capitol and into the Congressional office buildings. Was in the gallery. Went and visited Congressional offices.
All good as long as you went through the metal detector. This was just a few years ago.
Did you see the mob there for the Kavanaugh hearings?
99.9% of the people there DID NOT storm the capitol.
Those who did, made one mistake. They didn't carry BLM signs.
Also spooks convinced people on social media to go there and do that. A3 letter agency I shall not name was in on the scam.
