What I don't understand is literally with absolute proof, states like Pennsylvania that broke their own election laws-why is that alone not enough to overturn? They literally by definition violated the constitution.

No judge wants to throw away what is assumed to be legit voters votes because the people in charge enabled an incorrect voting method
No judge wants to endure the lefts rage if they make a decision they don't like.
b/c the constitution is dead and their legislation doesnt know what their ACTUAL use is.
