If you think that Gab is safe just because you don't have to put in a phone number... well, LMAO!

Edit: I see I touched a nerve with the Gab faithful... Let me explain:

If you think you're anonymous because you didn't give a real email or phone number, you must be new to technology. Even a VPN isn't a sure fire way, but people like to think that. The alternative, that you aren't at all anonymous terrifies most everyone.

Gab is safe because they take the threats the Big Tech has on Free Speech seriously. They've been building a Free Speech bastion for a couple years now.

its super slow while they get more servers online. They are overwhelmed with all the new traffic.
