I watched that video...to me it seems like he was referring to the people inside congress who are attacking the American people. He has sent in NG....so hopefully he will indeed "expel the intruders ".l
He said that the people who stormed the building were "heinous attackers". But he told people to be bold! To march! To make their voices heard! What did he expect them to do, sing songs for 12 hours? He said "we" as if he was to join them. But the moment he was saying these words, apparently, people were already disorderly at the Capitol. He must have known he was sending his people to a set-up situation at that point. Or that as more people will go there, things would escalate.

Why march before, not after debates. Why marching at all on that day if it was obvious a false flag would occur. Why not e.g. protests across the whole country, in the contested states, when it mattered?
