What in the actual fuck is going on here?????

Really, these three have royally SCREWED Trump -- it's like they don't exist. Or, it's like he doesn't exist to them. This will forever be the greatest screw job -- the biggest betrayal -- in the history of American government.

CHANGE MY MIND.

Agreed. The one point I disagree with him on was the Central Park Karen that called the cops on the black guy- to me that phone call sounded like a libtard Karen, that let the racist mask slip a little bit, as she felt waaaaay to entitled.

Extremely disappointing - at the end of the day, only Thomas and Alito showed that they were true patriots.

What happened was every step we were fighting with the swamp, we left someone inside the swamp to be in charge. In the end we ran out of steam and the swamp turned out to be nearly infinitely deep.

Alito and Thomas wanted to hear the Texas lawsuit. If Trump's 3 appointees had agreed, they would have heard the case.

You can't blame Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and ACB's betrayal of the president on John Roberts. They're adults. They make their own decisions. And they decided to stab our president in the back and side with the people who tried to destroy their lives.

I'm very, very suspicious of Mitch's 300+ judicial appointments.

Never trust someone who adopts black kids.

9
Raritat 9 points ago +11 / -2

Unfortunately this is correct.

There is plenty of black families who would want to adopt black kids.

There is plenty of white kids that waiting to be adopted.

Virtue signaling is a telltale.

They're part of the swamp. Most circuit court judges are. Even if you replace all three with 100 GOP approved judges, you'd be hard pressed to find a dozen good ones with integrity.

I realize that most of you aren't going to believe this, which is fine, take it with a grain of salt, but a family member that I'm close with worked for a member of the Supreme Court within the last few years, and got to know each of the justices. This family member is also personally familiar with ACB before she was a justice, as a teacher at law school (is what I believe they said--gender neutral to protect my family member's identity).

My family member only trusts Thomas, Alito, and ACB. I've actually met Thomas myself, and he seems like a very good and honest man (i.e., the person who actually deserves to be Chief Justice). My family member said that ACB declined the Texas case because she's a super strict constitutionalist and that there wasn't standing for it (personally I disagree, but whatever, I'll defer to the constitutional lawyer). My family member also said that Gorsuch and Kavanaugh were bad choices by Trump--I pressed for further details, but they declined to give them. Finally, they said that--as we all know for certain now--Chief Justice Roberts (and Elena Kagan, for the record) were pure evil. This family member does not scare easily, but they were literally afraid of Roberts.

I find your story totally plausible.

4
whisehunt 4 points ago +4 / -0

You're right. With exeption of Alito and Thomas, the rest are establishment people

4
8thGenPatriot 4 points ago +5 / -1

I say Roberts is throwing his weight around and bullying the newbies. Thomas and Alito have been in the game long enough to roll their eyes and do their own thing. The freshmen aren't quite sure how things work in big kid school yet.

Kobes_Helicopter 1 point ago +1 / -0

Nah, ACB is an obvious SJW plant.

3
jeffwingersballs 3 points ago +3 / -0

Trump got cozy with the Federalist Society to consolidate power within the GOP. Now we have these three place holders for judges with little to no backbone.

3
LiskaEman 3 points ago +3 / -0

We’re apparently winning with making headway against religious persecution, but not against election fraud I guess...

3
ootytherat 3 points ago +3 / -0

ACB...another 30 Pence type of fake Christian.Another hero to zero story.

2
FireannDireach 2 points ago +2 / -0

Well, according to most, Roberts happened.

1
Rudyard 1 point ago +1 / -0

I guess you think Roberts has pedophile murder videos of all the other justices, or something?

1
infeststation 1 point ago +1 / -0

Their value wasn't contingent on them overturning an election. They will be there for decades and will make hundreds of decisions that will make this country a better place than the activists we would have otherwise had.

That is, assuming we still have a country.

1
end_of_globalism 1 point ago +1 / -0

Apparently McConnell was the one to make the shortlist for Trump.

nairebis 1 point ago +1 / -0

They likely got a packet with photos of their children or grandchildren going to school, and a note that said, "If we can kill Antonin Scalia, we can kill anyone. Are you sure you want go against us? We're going to win. It's inevitable." And then don't forget they murdered the boyfriend of the Governor's daughter with a car bomb.

Simple as that. People underestimate just how dirty things really are.

1
puspthecunt 1 point ago +1 / -0

I was going to type a bunch, main point being ACB probably felt like she couldn't do or say anything pro-trump immediately after landing the job, but after reading your comment i'll say thats probably more accurate.

1
magnokor 1 point ago +1 / -0

They all have children and can be threatened.

Everyone was told that the only people who could be depended on were those with no families. Or those who are super strong.

Trump, Rudy, extra super strong.

Everyone else, with few exceptions, cowardly.

Washington DC is an evil swamp where the choice they give is lead or silver.

The few there who are not corrupt, they will sell their souls to stay alive and go away with some extra money.

1

They were too big of cowards to do what was right Constitutionally, and instead decided to sit on their hands to appear impartial.

They failed this country almost immediately with one of the toughest decisions ever.

1
hulda0100 1 point ago +1 / -0

We do not know what happened. Given that Roberts is a criminal, we have no idea what went on in SCOTUS deliberations. We will find out at some point.

1
BigIslandFrog 1 point ago +1 / -0

IMHO judges don't think like regular humans.

They look and sound like humans part of the time.

But put them in black robes, give them a pile of books and papers, seat them up high and force everyone to call them "Your Honor", and they become unpredictable.

1
Tacitus1963 1 point ago +1 / -0

Does Roberts as Chief Justice have to agree to cases they will hear first? Remember we heard from a source in the SCOTUS building that there was screaming and shouting in the chamber when the justices were discussing the Texas suit brought to them. There is also proof that Roberts has said that he will stop that MF Trump from being re-elected. I was pissed at the last 3 new justices. Then I began to think about it. It could be that their hands are tied because of Roberts. Also, assuming Justice Scalia was murdered, members of the SCOTUS know how serious the DS and Demtards are playing.

Maybe Trump told them a small part of the mass arrest plan before he had them sworn in and told them to reject the election lawsuit?

0
son_of_cornpop 0 points ago +1 / -1

They're loyal to the Bush family / uniparty.

Trump nominated the people the Reps wanted him too. They only people he could get through the senate.

If he nominated his own people they would have just rejected them.

Time to face facts, it takes more than one man to make a change.

Make a new party and primary every single motherfucker who voted those electors through.

Then and only then will you be in a position to put your own loyalists in the hotseat.

It that is true then Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett must be ridiculed and disrespected daily as anti-American 'judges' who do not hold up the Constitution of America and should be impeached.

The problem with that is that we didnt even get a chance to present any evidence. The door was shut in our faces time and time again by the courts, afraid to let us present our case. If we had been able to present our evidence and then lose, it would be easier to understand. But not when you are shut out.

They probably like breathing and selfish stuff like that.

Scalia was murdered; Roberts might know about it.

The swamp has got to be drained all at once.
