I asked this same question. It is very odd. I don’t fear he is under arrest. But with the strange “he’s gonna speak” and “oh we moved it to later” and then “nope wait till tomorrow” I am confused. Something is fucked up when the president gives a medal to a member of congress and there is no video of it.
