Edit 2: I'm seeing that folks are saying sicknick wasn't the black cop in the video. In the original article I read it, they played the video while explaining it over top. It's Joe Rogan that they are simply trying to bring a higher death toll to the riots and could be being deceptive in their presentation of the "riot".
