Why aren't more people wearing clear face shields? It at least preserves your humanity if you have to wear it to get life essentials. (media.patriots.win)

Yes it does suffocate you because I got one last Spring made with clear plastic like you would buy at a fabric store for a table cloth covering, trimmed in red gingham. The company lied when they said they were breathable. They were not.

The face shields that cover the eyes actually prevent Covid transmission; a lot of people get infected through the mucous membranes in the eyes.
