Is this now the Pence campaign for 2024? Just asking because after 45 years of voting, I'm done. I saw the steal live and won't be backing any POS's that went along with it and that includes Pence.
Suspected?! Did you just wake up from a coma? There is PLENTY of reasons to question the outcome of the election. Yet no one wants to invest 1/1000 of the effort that they did looking into the whole Russian collusion bullshit that actually ended up revealing how much of a traitorist scam it was.
The GOP is just totally worthless. They make promises to get us to vote for them, and then they ignore us until next election time. No more. I am tired of being used. Nothing happens. The Dems always get their way by hook or by crook. Only Trump cared about America.
Not correct. I guess you were not aware that Pa. legislature was sending a letter to Congress asking it's electors be thrown out, and Arizona legislature was voting to de-certify. To say nothing of actions in Nevada, Michigan, and Georgia.
Congress could have easily challenged and thrown them out, or sent it back to the states. But the Uniparty had other plans.
We would have been screaming because there was no election fraud in 2016 no matter how the Dems tried to say there was.
In 2020 we SAW the fraud happen in real time. There is a reason why we have controls in place to deal with something like that and Pence did not use his authority as president of the senate to send the electors back to the states for another vote.
So you are saying that there was fraud in 2016? Otherwise there is absolutely no comparison to the two elections.
Unlike the left, I think it's safe to say that the vast majority of people here would decry election fraud no matter who it benefited. If we had seen the criminal activity in 2016 that we saw in 2020 I would be the first person who wanted a complete investigation and yes that means sending the electors back to the states for a second vote.
That’s not what I said. I said that Trump supporters would be in favor of fair and just elections whether the person being cheated was a Dem or Repub. meaning that if fraud was so visibly rampant in 2016 it would have been fair for the Dems to do what we wanted Pence to do.
Yeah but it wasn't illegal, and Pence changed the wording of the law going into the hearing to try to force that. Pence stabbed Trump in the back, and Trump even said so.
Michigan is. The new session starts tomorrow. I emailed the committee chrm and two other reps and told them I was done with the GOP due to the election fraud.

Doomer
I'm kinda leaning to this too. Imagine if he had kicked it back to the states and they just ran out the clock. No options.
Pence is a rapist.

So what would have happened if he objected the certification? Would it not have gone to the House to decide the outcome?
tell that to poor general flynn
I have questions about Flynn.
I want to know more about this
Fair enough, but pence himself didn't count the votes so there's that also

Absolutely. That is why an honest Congress would have thrown it back to the states to resolve.
I agree 100%. Pence did the right thing.
Thomas Jefferson did it. He never went to jail. As a matter of fact he became fucking president. Yeah, soooo illegal
Thomas Jefferson was VP and counted his own votes for the EC in contested states, and became president. So yeah. It’s not illegal
Pence could’ve went down in history with his name next to Thomas Jefferson. He choose not too
That’s not what I said. YOU said it was illegal. That’s false. It’s not illegal

Stop defending his weakness/betrayal.

Your ideals should not shift on party loyalty.
And the states could disagree after a second vote and send the original slate back to Congress. Pence didn’t allow this option to happen.
John Eastman made some pretty good arguments otherwise...
Doesn’t even make sense because if it were a democrat POTUS and VP they’d be the same thing.
Same with any rino POTUS and VP
And anyone who makes a post being a whiny little beta boy is pathetic. Take your emotional outbursts back to r/politics

So tired of being betrayed like a cheap whore
We'll see...
