I turned it off and I still got the notice. I woke up to the phone saying, we tried to update your phone between 2-4am but it wasn’t plugged in.
So....don’t leave your phones charging overnight if you don’t want them to try and force it through while you’re sleeping.
That's my saving grace. I never keep my phone charged, so it never fucking updates :)
I have v14.3 got it weeks ago. Auto update is turned off and emergency notifications are on.

Ok, cool. I'm not going to, as Lin Wood Said they're gonna turn off emergency broadcast notifications on it. Lets see.. My wife's phone got updated.. so we'll know what works.
