POTUS HAS to know his hero status will be... lowered... if he doesn't do EVERYTHING possible, right? I sure as hell hope he's not trying to appease "the masses"... his supports don't believe the bullshit lies anyway... and the cabal isn't going to let him go off into the sunset peacefully anyway...

I know he's a very smart person. I just really hope he realizes how little upside there would possibly be to giving in. Right now he's doing so many things that could be taken one way or the other (like state of emergency and now new DHS director)... it's just so nervewracking.

This. If the I.A. or anything else doesn't happen and Ol' Joe an' Co. get in and stay in, my feelings would be indescribable, my opinion of him would completely change, and... and... etc.
