The problem isn't that he won and there was fraud absolutely, its that there could have been fraud and he could have won but the election systems do not provide adequate transparency and auditability to know either way with adequate certainty.
It could be easy to be certain, it's technologically achievable yet it is not. Which leads one to wonder why the system being used is so obfuscates and untrustworthy and hackable.
The fact is that it's plausible that the election was rigged and he did indeed won and without a thorough examination or valid audit trail with repeatable results that possibility is at least as probable as the opposite. If you then couple that with meta analysis and many affidavits the probability increases.
Prove? You need a trial to prove. When you get booted for standing or laches, you don’t ever get to present evidence. Judges that boot you on procedural grounds and then claim no evidence are just outing themselves as spineless or hacks. Neither gets you a day in court to prove your case.
