A lot of these kids are from bad families, mom has bipolar and is completely unreliable and basically a teenager herself, dad was crazy enough to put a baby in her, half of the time he was absent, kids growing up moving around all the time, job to job as mom just torpedoed her relationships. Some of them have early childhood trauma whether it is attachment issues, molestation, neglect, abuse. Some of those in the photo look straight up FASD. These kids were probably in and out of school, and inherited mental instability from their parents.
