Community Standards = Public Square.

And, yet, they remain a "platform" and not a publisher....

It would've been great to see some Section 230 enforcement before all this SHTF so much.

Remember that EO Trump put out back in May to reform Section 230 protections? I really thought we were about to see something back then.

Now, during all this chaos, turncoat swamp creature Ajit Pai @ the FCC announced that since there's not enough time left during the Trump admin, he will not be moving forward with any changes to 230.

Worst of all: if 230 was merely enforced as-is (no amendment needed), these Big Tech monstrosities would've long since lost their liability protections & be facing lawsuits left & right.

So frustrating!!!

Most if not all of us have been anticipating this, we always knew we were next, but most of us just don't want libertarianism to be misconstrued with Trump's policies (no offense).

I've already sent out a post on r/GoldandBlack asking if whether they should migrate to a .win site.

Any time I looked at that board it just seemed like shills giving strawman arguments that made libertarian/AnCap ideas look bad.

How so? It all seems fairly reasonable to me.
