I hate having to talk to my normie frens. We bake bread and eat. Yet they bring up the idea that trump lost and our government "proved" it. Ill keep paying for and cooking the food too host a free dinner for the idiots. No more after the "inaug" My garden is my garden, my food is my family's food. End of story. This should be a simple choice.

This whole "situation" with covid and now the election has definitely let me know who I want to continue to spend time with when we are allowed to be free again. Who is worthy of sharing my resources with, including my time? Exactly 17 - perfect - I will have a lot more time on my hands and won't miss a single thing about people who are nothing but Stepfords.

We are all free. The "mandates" are disinfo. the normies just fell for it.

Do not fall for the disinfo. It will become fact in your mind if you let it.

Exactly. We are all free. If we all collectively stop listening, what are they going to do?

Had to stop hanging around a guy I've known since middle school (and I'm not in my twenties anymore). The thing is, he was very much about Trump a few years ago, and honestly believe he still secretly supports him, but I just can't continue to hang around him with the company he keeps. His girlfriend and friends are pretty much all self avowed socialists in one way or another to varying extremes. I hate it but it has to be this way. Thankfully all of my other friends and family (for the most part) are all Trump supports or at the very least don't support Biden. Cut them out of your life and it will make a difference for you. Make new friends :)

My mom and grandma basically despise Trump and it has slightly ruined my relationship with them over the last year. I have a hard time even spending time with them anymore. They know how I feel and they don't even like bringing up politics or turning the news on when I'm in the same room with them anymore. Anything about COVID or Trump, they don't want to hear my opinion. Lol.

Man that's got to be hard right now. I can relate though. I went through a good 5 years of that roughly when W was in office. I was by no means a Democrat but I hated that slime bag and his whole family. I started doing my research on presidents/government in roughly 04 and it really fucked with me to find out how deep the swamp went (and how far back). My parents and I would argue all the time. They were swept up in 9/11 like everyone else, and I couldn't blame them. We shared a hatred for Obama and just didn't bring up Republicans much and then when Trump was elected all of that changed. Hang in there. The country has never been so divided. I'm not a particularly religious person but for sure have faith that all of this will be exposed no matter what happens. Maybe you'll all eventually end up on the same page!

The closer to God you can get, the more you will see clearly the evil around us. Keep up your dinners with your friends but incorporate God somehow. A quick prayer? They will either choose on their own to stay and slowly they will see the light, or they will reject God and quit coming on their own. God bless you for hosting those dinners.

We pray before and after. My prayers for POTUS have had some eyebrows raised.

I've deleted a lot of friends on social media because of this... these people are not civil, nor do they want any kind of "unity," they just want power and control and for you to know that their way is the right way, and yours is wrong. No compromise whatsoever, and they're typically so nasty in the way they prove their points. Five people died at the Capitol? "You get what you fucking deserve Trumpers!!"

Maybe if we were able to be more civil and put our differences aside, but it's constantly Trump supporters that are demonized and mocked, not the other way around. We just want to live in peace in the country that we love with our families and children.

I have abstained from social media. However I live in the world. A group I ride motorcycles with is a group I host once a month. They know who I am. They are family. The also know where I stand. I wonder when they will turn on me. Prepared for that already. I want them to see the truth though. The social media purge has changed one mind already.

I disowned my entire extended family this week.

Communists, every single one of them.

Funny thing is that through all of this, one of my best friends now is a 56 year old guy that I met through an old friend/current employee about two years ago.

The employee supports AOC/Biden, but her Dad is a major Trump supporter - Patriot, gun owner, believes in God, etc.

I am not very religious, but I can tell you this: If Trump/military pull off something crazy in the next few days, I might start believing in God.

Nonetheless, my brother told me he thought it was a "good thing" that Ticketmaster was going to allow for venues to deny people access if they did not get a vaccine.

I told him he doesn't get it.

I understand why a "normie" would think that's a "good thing," but these people just do not understand the underlying meanings to these things.

My mom doesn't get it, my grandma doesn't get it and my brother doesn't get it.

I basically have two friends left that actually get it.

I've stopped talking to basically everyone else except my immediate family, but i barely talk to them anymore and my damn brother lives with me/works for me.

I'm sorry. This seems to be a common theme. I have few left I can be open with myself. You are not alone though, there are millions of us, and more in other countries.
