All of them are monitored by the feds. I didn’t recommend TOR to hide illegal activity. I recommended TOR because it hides you IP better than a vpn.

Brave has TOR built in, you have to specifically call it up. Shift-Alt-N on a PC. You get a TOR enabled window.
