In a communist state, there are only two groups. Government group and worker group. Government owns all the businesses,land,military,media,education institutes,transport etc. Workers are just people who did not make it into the Government or people who are against Government. If Govt. wants workers to work 16 hours a day everyday for ever for peanuts, workers should do it else get killed.
If America becomes a communist state, Government group will consist of democrats,racial minorities,sexual minorities,religious minorities etc. and worker group will consist of everyone else.
There will only be two distinct groups, the ruling bureaucrats and the enslaved proletariat. The division of peoples is only needed during the revolutionary stage. There will be no more LGBT groups, civil rights groups, religions etc. the 'dividers' are considered dangerous to the 'unity of the state' once the revolution is accomplished. Study any communist regime from the past and see how activism and political opposition was treated.
