If he doesn't take any action the coming few days you can rest assured that there wasn't enough evidence to use the insurrection act or to declare a national emergency. However, if there is such irrefutable evidence, Trump has a legal obligation to respond. And he will...

Now we wait.

Trump needs support from people to perform any actions.

So far, he has zero support. SCOTUS fucked him over. Senate fucked him over. House fucked him over. Military fucked him over. Advisors fucked him over. DOJ and FBI fucked him over. GOP fucked him over.

Even if there was something he could legally do, he had absolutely no support (except for us). House and senate would vote to impeach and remove him in a matter of hours if he tries anything.

Did the court fuck him over? Did the GOP?

I still see a way that they didn't...

What happens if the SC takes the Texas case and fixes the election fraud? Or Pence does?

A bunch of people stay in power... and there is still a swamp. He's all in on this.

It's possible that he stood both of them down to have the full insurrection...so arrests could be made?

We will know in a week...

Obvi SCOTUS failed America. Trump doesn’t have the receipts bc he’s not a dictator. He wouldn’t spy on his political opponents (like Obama would & did), and thus his opponents’ fraud cannot be undone without (A) criminal investigation, which is where DOJ/FBI failed (tho we would never expect honesty from either department, so it’s whatever); or (B) reversal of the likely Unconstitutional last minute changes made by several states that acted directly to disenfranchise millions of voters whose states didn’t take those same actions. This is where the Court failed & imo it’s the most egregious failure.

We have a Constitutional crisis. Going forward the executive or judiciary can change voting laws in federal elections being held in their state in a way that disproportionately favors one political candidate at the expense of the millions of other voters whose states’ governors or judges aren’t so mendacious.

This is why I mostly blame SCOTUS. we didn’t want the election overturned as the media falsely claimed. we wanted the laws upheld. this is especially grievous pusillanimity from ACB & BK whose reputations and character were defended at every turn by millions of us at the risk of our own personal reputations and friendships — esp. true of Kav. He is apparently a weak man who (hopefully) still likes beer & will gather moral n emotional fortitude from Justice Thomas.
