For supplements - Bulk Supplements. If you want flavor, mix a container of strawberry lemonade mix with some beta alanine and creatine. All the other supplements out there are a complete waste of money and are heavily unregulated so you shouldn't be putting that shit in your body anyway.
For pre workout - Coffee. Have had some of my strongest lifts with nothing but coffee.
