There's different types of racism, another popular one is "I take pity on minorities and feel bad for all of them as a group ..because every single one is beneath me and needs the help of a big strong white man, who is superior, to get through life".

Bingo. I tried explaining this to a girl who now works for FEMA about 10 years ago and she accused me of being privileged and got so upset she started crying. I got along well with this girl prior to college, but after she had been through that program she was completely different. Kids are being straight up brainwashed in the lecture halls and they really do see themselves as saviors of the lesser thans. They have internalized that as their entire purpose for being, which is why it rocks them to the core if you challenge it. Not surprised OP got mass unfriended.
This guy I knew growing up became an insufferable anti-American and anti-White wuss. Dude's mom had enough money to buy two houses in the nicer meighborhoods, always kept new vehicles, and ensured all three of her kids went to college, including one having a doctorate.
He posts just inane stuff about "what does America have to be proud of", "white people have no right to be where we are, we just stole everything from blacks", and always dumps on anyone's success unless they are non-white.
Now his money squandered her money by living outside her means, has no savings, and has failing health. So of course her pivots to American Healthcare being shit, saying she shouldn't have to struggle if she doesn't want to work, and that stuff like disability should be insta paid out on such a level that she can keep both houses and her Mercedes.
Dude is so across the board and still has the audacity to tell me I am privileged despite me being the first generation American who grew up with a single mother living off Rice and beans in a 500 Sq ft shack.
There is no moral consistency beyond "white people bad" and "I shouldn't have to work because billionaires exist".
Aggravating isn't it? We are seeing what you describe on a mass scale right now. Parents didn't bother or have the heart to teach their kids accountability, so now you have a large population that is completely clueless as to what accountability actually is. They are tortured and confused souls both wanting all the perks of money, but also hating themselves for having them because they know in their heart of hearts that they did not earn them. They know they are terrible, mostly worthless people. The existence of happy, successful people taunts them and reminds them. That is why they hate you.
