My s 10 just auto updated without asking permission. Whatever the update was is not a software update because there is still one available. Im about to root my phone now, I am sick of tech tyrants trying to control and track my existence

Using android is suicide
Potus uses iPhone , unsure if they use a special rooted or jailbroken operating system. I use a VPN on mine.
I would also like to get a recommendation on a new phone.
