I'm not saying SpaceX should not be getting government contracts. They've done amazing work. My issue is when Elon claims to be self made or people call SpaceX a capitalist success story. It's not at all; it's a crony capitalism success story.

I also take issue with the government picking winners and losers. Amazon and Facebook should have gone bankrupt a decade ago.

Idk if I would say picking is seeing a talent and investing in it. It isn't crony capitalism if he is held accountable for his production. Going further than anyone has gone, is not picking a winner, its hedging your bets.
