Yup, you fail to mention. RSBN originally said "apparently" in quotes at first since fox fooled us. then later changing the title to Texas and removing the quotes. Which means its coming directly from RSBN not a speculation from fox.
They released something at some point yesterday saying that they had an indication that he might speak so they had the feed up just in case so that if it happened they would be ready to flip switch for it.... but as of their last message there was nothing officially set to happen.
