Anybody remember all the weird military training that was happening all over the US for Jade Helm? Does that factor into what's happening now? Trial run for martial law? So is it Trump's plan or is it what he is fighting against?

Can you elaborate on why you think so? The exercises were happening in residential areas and some of them were plain clothes training. Is that normal?
