Only yesterday, SCOTUS literally refused to hear a case just like this. Not to mention the precedent set by over 50 judges refusing to hear election fraud cases.
You don’t just need a halfway decent lawyer, you also need a halfway decent court that’ll choose to hear such a case.
Are they meeting in person, given COVID? Are people seeing them in person, and if not, how do we know the justices have not been threatened in some way?

Unsure. SCOTUS should be meeting* regardless of threats; these judges have some of the best security in the world to protect them.
*meeting either physically or virtually due to COVID
