I really sometimes wonder if Trump's interest in politics and desire to get involved was spurred on by his involvement with professional wrestling and friendship with the people who run it. If enjoying it, occasionally participating it, and getting a "behind the scenes look" at how it works made him start to wonder if he was seeing similarities to it in national politics, where there was a "heel" team whose job was to lose.
