See... I see this shirt and I'm like "fuck yeah. Caucasians!" Because everyone who wears a Redskins shirt likes the Redskins. They don't somehow hate indians...
As a native american I think its dope that they name their teams after some of this. You dont name your team after something because you think it sucks. I always felt like it was a tip of the hat kind of thing.
Dude, thats the most fucking epic name for a team! U kidding? imagine them dominating the shit out of their league... "Fuck, The Golden Lions lost to Alabama 3 String Banjos!" Ahaha, pure gold! xD
The native Americans who fought against Custer had figured out how to reload rimfire cartridges. The idea that they were somehow backwards primitives with bows and arrows well into the 1800s is a revisionist construct by what would later become today's political left.
The indians were feared for their bravery and relentlessness.
Yes! Any mascot or team namesake is because we see strength and power in them. Who wants a team named the “Washington Faggots”? I’m still running our company’s football pool (much to my chagrin) and it kills me every time I go to pull in the scores and it’s Team X vs the Washington Football Team.

Most teams are named after strong powerful things like panthers, bears etc. No one wants to be called the Alabama 3 String Banjos
