What the F Pence betrayed Trump in the Senate and they are laughing. WTH is going on.
Remember during Trump's speech when he told Mike Pence that sometimes doing nothing takes the most amount of courage? Well accepting the electors vote is essentially doing nothing, to what end I have no idea, but I remember thinking that part of his speech was strange.
My take on that was that doing SOMETHING was the expectation. Doing NOTHING would be an act of treason, and you have to be pretty courageous/ballsy to commit treason.
But I agree, strange wording for sure.
I did, too. Maybe Trump wanted the crime to just be completed as opposed to waiting another 10 days for an audit or whatever. Maybe adding another 10 days to the crime wouldn't leave him with enough time to complete whatever the fuck he's doing right now.

I’ve heard it said that Pence certifying the fraudulent votes was all part of the plan to expose the loyalists and backstabbers. The one thing that doesn’t make sense though is why Trump would call Pence a coward for not doing the right thing. You could tell trump knew what pence would do. Why would Trump have trust pence to do the task force? Why would pence have worked closely with loyalist Chris miller? If the Supreme Court had heard the cases and ruled against us, everything would be over. We would have accepted it and moved on. If pence had thrown the electors back, it could have backfired as well. Maybe all this heartache had to happen to get to this point. I don't know why people think Pence throwing the electors back would have been the end of everything. It would have put it back in the hands of the legislatures and the state courts when it was the failures of the state courts and the legislatures that allowed it to get to this point to begin with.
Remember what Trump said in his last rally speech about pence about it taking the most courage to do nothing in regards to electors.

Having the electors getting kicked back to the states accused of malfeasance in the first place didn't seem the best solution to me, either.
