He is trying to boost the economy under Biden. He and other Dums where holding it back deliberately by using lockdowns since good economic numbers mean more votes for Trump. This is despicable because it proves they were deliberately harming businesses and workers, school kids, parents to achieve a political aim. It's called ABUSE OF POWER.
