I am still watching for Raheem, Jack Maxey and Maggie. But yes Steve is assuming fairness in the system which there is none. Not sure if Steve is just too laid back or what. But fair voting is done at this point in the counties that count and will work its way into many other counties like a wildfire if left unpunished.
