I don’t know why he doesn’t use the IA. He, at this point, has literally nothing to lose. If he does everything he can to make the transition to Biden as peaceful as possible, they will still arrest him, seize all of his assets, and blacklist him

If the rumors are true about him starting up lawsuits against Twitter and Facebook then no he will not use IA. I am not quite sure why he still has faith in the corrupt courts..
