Castle Rock, Colorado is the town north of the Cheyenne Mountain Space Force facility, home to NORAD and US Northern Command. This is the location in question.
USSS isn't part of Castle_Rock. These messages are telling the USSS reading to go to Cheyenne Mountain as part of the continuity of government plan after the EAM alert. Why? No clue.

Yes, it will probably be Secret Service agents who will be the personal protection of the President. Yes, Secret Service agents might be the ones tasked with arresting Biden as they have also been officially dispatched to his protection after the election.
But in the end, it will be a large-scale military operation. The Space Force/Solar Warden might be important especially seeing the danger of EMPs, turning satellites, stations and ships into mobile communication centers.

IIRC Castle Rock might be the name of the doctrine under which the President is evacuated to the giant Deep Underground Military Base in the Rocky Mountains which becomes command center. But I am not American and I am not so sure if what I am saying is correct.

Well, we just saw POTUS leave Joint Base Andrews on one of the VC-25s. So he and the planes were there up until about a 1/2 hour ago.
That would explain the ground stop in the area. I didn't see a TFR, but maybe they didn't use a TFR and only used a ground stop.
