Maybe. Didn't Pervy Joe say he was going to reinstate 0bama's disgusting Iran nuclear deal? Maybe this is laying down a marker to counteract that, and by extension anything like that Congress might try to pull? IDK Just thinking out loud.

That doesn’t make any sense to me, trump spends his entire first term being as peaceful as possible only to fuck it all up right when he leaves office? Looks more to me like preparation for a second term.
