Its closer to 90% and yes it needs to be done... not just for Trump but for any "leader" of this country moving forward. Military rule would be needed for legislative and judicial purposes until the country gets back on its feet again to prevent any foreign bad actors from getting any ideas (not that congress or the supreme court has every actually strengthened us as a nation).
