the deepstate of any country is the most security conscious of all institutions in that country. in that, its way of thinking is more geopolitical, more "paranoid" and most phobic of being taken over by other powers, than any other institution in the country. deepstates push your country towards confrontation with others, they don't push your country to surrender to enemies like "chynaaaah". all that surrender bullshit is done by sold out traitor political class. deep state has the mindset that they are the state, whereas politicians have the mindset that they have temporary management of someone else's assets. This in itself creates a very fundamental difference in the way the deep state and political class behaves.
