Current time SCOTUS:

"This case is way too important! No way we can take it."

35
ChuckedBeef 35 points ago +35 / -0

They are frauds who lack courage to do what is necessary to uphold their oath to the Constitution and to the rule of law. Really they are a bunch of imposters save for Thomas and Alito.

12
MAGA_Flocka_Flame 12 points ago +12 / -0

Wait doesn’t that mean you SHOULD take it?

SCOTUS: Nope! No standing!

How Scalia would hate the cucks who sit in those seats today. Cowards, all of them.

Scalia discussing how the court's reputation survived through making such a big decision really puts into perspective how the Supreme Court failed us this go-round. They didn't even take the case, and their reputation has been irrevocably changed for the worse.

They're already "rich".

It's prestige they chase now. That means amassing social credit.

I am looking forward to the new SCOTUS system of rotating Justices in and out of the SC, and Roberts getting shipped off to his assignment as Justice of the district of the Antarctic Research Station. Say 'Hi' to the Penguins for me, asshole!

That's what is so wrong about this, of course we be pissed off if we actually lost, but we never got our day in court. We cannot get a proper investigation, the questions have not been answered, the irregularities have not been addressed, the entire election was a fraud.

3
LibertyPrimeWasRight 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm not really sure there are questions to be answered, or a way to address the irregularities, short of "who was responsible for this and how will they be punished."

The fraud was so blatant that not even taking the case was the only way to avoid addressing it.

5
MrWombatt 5 points ago +5 / -0

They claim to be worried about division and riots, yet don't think giving the people their day in court wouldn't alleviate a good portion of that?

They're definitely compromised, imo.

1
CHEMST 1 point ago +1 / -0

They fear the truth will come into the vision of those who normally pay little attention.

2
alucard13mmfmj 2 points ago +2 / -0

Reminds me of the movie Law Abidding Citizen. The dad wants to reject the plea deal and have his day in court.. but the DA said nah. The dad then goes and fuck up shit and got revenge on most of those that wronged him. I think most people cheered for the dad and hoped that he wouldve won.

hansgruber7 22 points ago +22 / -0

I think Thomas and Alito are not cowards, but I agree about the rest of them. Actually, I would only put Trump's appointees in the coward group. The other five are evil or traitors. Fear has nothing to do with it for them.

We should have realized right then and there what we were dealing with. If they're emboldened enough to whack a sitting Supreme Court Justice, they are ruthless, operate totally outside the law, and have no limits.

Simple fact is most judges, law professors, lawyers, etc. do not know (or understand) some of the most foundational aspects of American Law.

There is a basic (British/American) fundamental difference between "Contract Law" (eg the US Constitution) and "Tort" law.

So all the "standing" nonsense comes from all these (otherwise) legal minds not understanding that a lawsuit doesn't have to be a Tort; a challenge to a law doesn't have to be a Tort. The Contract being violated can simply ask for a solution which is NOT a Tort remedy or cause.

Procedurally, again some fundamental basic foundational things are missing from the legal profession today. These things haven't been taught much for 50 years, and haven't been "in practice" much for 20-30 years. Nearly all in the profession today are reading from the same "Cliff-notes/spark-notes", and never read the original book(s) in entirety.

Many of the above things didn't happen "by accident" it's been generations long gameplan by the commies & corrupt to progressively break one of the three branches of government, and thus breaking the other two, step-by-step. eg Ashwander Rules. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashwander_rules

I have all the "peaceful & lawful solutions" information which DJT keeps asking his advisors/staff/lawyers/etc for; but the gatekeepers gatekeep.. Upside the gatekeepers are fleeing the ship, being fired, and far fewer by the day. There is still time. - Quaker Pede

Imagine how strong our country would be without having to carry the dead weight

3
Ricordanza9 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah, and backed up by HALF THE FUCKING COUNTRY of all things...

But nope, let's not take it coz boo-fucking-hoo, it will make the left cry and wreak havoc like fucking teenagers. Let's just put it "no standing" coz we can't even have the balls to fucking "stand up" and take the case.

They should go fuck themselves.

It's as if a cop comes across a guy aiming his rifle into a crowd, and the cop just turns around to the freaking out crowd: "Look, nobody's been harmed. He hasn't killed anyone yet."

In a few weeks it'll be: "What difference, at this point, does it make?!"

9
NotQuiteHuman 9 points ago +9 / -0

Then, right after the guy blows the head off a kid, the cop says, "Arresting this man won't bring your child back. You should have said something before."

Scalia was murdered by the deep state and Podesta had the murder plot right in his Gmail account. It's there on Wikileaks if you want to read it.

the plot/plan: https://wikileaks.com/podesta-emails/emailid/1459

  • 2-3 months prior to Scalia's death

the agreement: https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/6008

  • 4 days before Scalia's death

summary: https://sicem365.com/forums/7/topics/19251 another summary: https://es-la.facebook.com/KHQLocalNews/posts/i-have-proof-of-the-hit-contract-they-put-out-on-scalia-they-being-podesta-i-bel/10209850022824005/

This is why our SCOTUS is now a bunch of pansies except for Thomas and Alito. They know they can be murdered for wrongthink. I really wish we could go back to the 'old politics' we used to have where at least the old politicians made decisions where they didn't care if they were threatened - since they were already old.

You have it so precisely when you have a time when difficult decisions like that have to be made. It's a sort of armor that enables the decisions to have the sort of public acceptance it ought to have." Sadly not any more, now the Dems just use the image of the Supreme Court to legitimize their narrative.

2
KYMAGApatriot1 2 points ago +2 / -0

So my question to SCOTUS would be “what has changed in our Constitution and democracy that this election should be treated any differently than 20 years ago?” That should have been precedence or does precedence not matter in cases heard by SCOTUS?

If the deep state just wanted to steal the election, they would have had the Supreme Court take up one of the election challenges and rule against it. By refusing to follow the legal process they want to send us the message that they have total power over us and we should just submit. Not gonna work though...
