How Scalia would hate the cucks who sit in those seats today. Cowards, all of them.

Scalia discussing how the court's reputation survived through making such a big decision really puts into perspective how the Supreme Court failed us this go-round. They didn't even take the case, and their reputation has been irrevocably changed for the worse.

Honestly I don't think they'll care. as long as they're paid

They're already "rich".

It's prestige they chase now. That means amassing social credit.

You’re both right, the rich get richer, it’s what they do.

I am looking forward to the new SCOTUS system of rotating Justices in and out of the SC, and Roberts getting shipped off to his assignment as Justice of the district of the Antarctic Research Station. Say 'Hi' to the Penguins for me, asshole!

I don't think they'll bother packing it. It's not like they do anything useful anyway.

That's what is so wrong about this, of course we be pissed off if we actually lost, but we never got our day in court. We cannot get a proper investigation, the questions have not been answered, the irregularities have not been addressed, the entire election was a fraud.

I'm not really sure there are questions to be answered, or a way to address the irregularities, short of "who was responsible for this and how will they be punished."

The fraud was so blatant that not even taking the case was the only way to avoid addressing it.

They claim to be worried about division and riots, yet don't think giving the people their day in court wouldn't alleviate a good portion of that?

They're definitely compromised, imo.

They fear the truth will come into the vision of those who normally pay little attention.

Reminds me of the movie Law Abidding Citizen. The dad wants to reject the plea deal and have his day in court.. but the DA said nah. The dad then goes and fuck up shit and got revenge on most of those that wronged him. I think most people cheered for the dad and hoped that he wouldve won.

I think Thomas and Alito are not cowards, but I agree about the rest of them. Actually, I would only put Trump's appointees in the coward group. The other five are evil or traitors. Fear has nothing to do with it for them.

You can be friends with those you disagree with.

She probably helped them kill him. She was the worst of the worst of the judicial activists.
