Because they haven't stacked the supreme court yet. as useless as they were for Trump, if Veritas were to be gone after by Youtube, that would be one of the primary purposes the supreme court exists. And it would not be pretty for them.
Democrats have tamped down on everything and Youtube is pretty much the only social media site that hasn't been completely silenced (although they do have things in place like auto deleting comments with certain phrases). So sometime soon, they will cleanse Youtube too, they just want their ducks in a row first, and it'll be through Biden.
Guaranteed they'll have a big push where they'll tell us it's not that we were ever being denied our rights to free speech and freedom of press, but rather, we simply weren't within those rights. Then they will move to make many things illegal and youtube will start a cleansing.
