He will not give up; if he gives up he and his family are as good as dead now or at the least they will take away everything from them and throw them in prison. Trump is Trump thank God and he will fight to the bitter end out of necessity to protect himself and his family if nothing else.
I believe he would never back down. I just have a hard time seeing why the IA was never... used, I guess? I'm sure it's actual power was overinflated on here, but it seems like he made it in advance all for nothing.
we really don't know nearly enough about the situation. i can't believe he was expecting the supreme court to bail him out, especially when RGB was alive in OCT. he knows the courts and the establishment were not going to support him.
she was terrible. keep in mind too her clerks were there for decades. her clerks had tremendous influence over the other clerks and deep state political connections. RGB had tremendous influence there and openly said TRUMP should not be elected during the campaign.

Seems around Christmas, he had a talk with his advisors, and folks ike Powell/Wood said go hard: IA. I think they are probably trying to get Trump arrested. And another faction said: no, use Pence/Scotus and they were trying to run out the clock.
Happy to hear otherwise, but there is nothing to suggest that Trump has the support of any major body that could be of help.

That's a good point about RBG. He wouldn't have had supreme court as the main plan.
