So for the last 6 weeks Bannon has been saying Trump was going to be sworn in on 1/20 and that this interim period was bonus days for the 2nd term and now has the audacity to lecture viewers about the "fantasy" of the insurrection act. Absolutely correct.
After the Texas case was shot down (which is still BS btw), it pretty much ended things for Trump as far as legal avenues are concerned. Even if Pence hadn't totally cucked out on Jan 6th it would've caused lawsuits that would've ended up back in front of SCOTUS and I have full confidence they would've heard that case and ruled for the plaintiffs.
It's amazing to me that the Judicial system completely failed like this. So the next few years, everytime you bring up that the election was a fraud you will hear people say that Trump had his day in court. He didn't though. Anyone who watched the hearings could tell you that these Judges were scared shitless to touch these cases and didn't even look at the clear evidence of fraud.
