I reached out to them and we noticed that I do not have a PRIME account. The only noticeable difference on the bank statement was the genuine AMAZON appeared in all caps when I make a charge. The fraudulent amazon was in all lower case. I even changed card numbers in the meantime and they managed to keep the fraudulent billing up for many months on the same day every month before I noticed. Shame on me for not following through with the kids, because I really do not want to use Amazon products or their vendors.

I'm looking into linux for my Laptop/desktops, how hard is it to do and do I need to clear my storage mediums before I can load it? I mean the 1tb M.2 I have that has the Windows OS on it.
I hear Arch build is pretty user friendly? I'm overwhelmed when I look into rooting my phone but by god I understand from Uncle Muta that you should be MORE concerned about your phone security than computer, if you had to choose only one.
Well, it depends on how technical you are. If you know your way around a computer you can dual boot (install both at the same time), but you'll need to repartition the Windows install. It's pretty easy to do overall, but issues can come up as the Windows boot loader can be finicky, and there is always the small chance of data loss if you accidentally do something (e.g. install Linux onto the Windows partition).
If you're not technical you have two options. First, you can try out Linux with something called a "live cd" (or usb) which will let you run Linux in memory without installing it (but it won't be permanent if you reboot). Second, you could install it to a completely new disk so you can always switch back to the Windows one if you don't like it. I would suggest this option if you're not too technical as you would just have to switch the disk to go back to normal, but you will have to buy another M.2 drive.
With regards to the distro, Arch is definitely not user friendly. I run Arch personally, but I've been using Linux for about 15 years. I would say it's the second most user unfriendly distro behind Gentoo. I would suggest trying Linux Mint or Ubuntu as they are the most user friendly, and will "just work" with most modern hardware.
