Get rid of your iPhone and Android phone. Look into Pine Phone or other alternatives that run Linux instead of Android. Also consider if you can, switching from Windows 10 to some Linux distro on all your home computers and laptops.

That's a tough one, because you don't really own those books. You only own the rights to view them on their platform. I have two apps on my phone that allow you to borrow books from libraries for free if you have a library card, Libby, and Hoopla. If you don't mind reading from your phone or tablet, you can download millions of books from there.
Make sure that you cancel your Prime memberships and get the refund for the amount left before next month's renewal. Then delete your amazon user account.
