We never had one but we are deleting everything else. Netflix NFL (Sports) Shopify WalMart Itunes

Get rid of your iPhone and Android phone. Look into Pine Phone or other alternatives that run Linux instead of Android. Also consider if you can, switching from Windows 10 to some Linux distro on all your home computers and laptops.

Another thing I’ve had recommended to me is to buy a used pixel 3 or newer and run GrapheneOS on it is a reliable option
