Interesting. What's the timeframe established for document production?

Probably in 6 months.

February 1st. Of course too little too late, but might be interesting.

"Grill has until Feb. 1 to produce information requested, such as communications between Benson’s office and Antrim County, the state legislature, and tech companies Apple, Facebook and Google. Grill will draft the order on release of the forensic experts names and DePerno will draft the order on release of discovery documents and submit them to Elsenheimer."

Thanks. Eventually, the truth will emerge.

This is why I expect Trump to assign a special counsel no matter who is sworn in next as POTUS.

Even if it's too late to save the elections I still want Benson, Witmer and Nessel to be tried and exposed for their parts in trying to cover up obvious problems with Dominion voting machines (specifically Antrim county but probably the entire state). Their exposure should cause them to be removed from office and face criminal penalties.

I agree. Maricopa County, as well. They had subpoenas for those machines and they didn't turn them over. I haven't heard anything about that since. It will probably be another thing that just gets forgotten and memory holed...
