Some of the private prisons already have back up plans to become halfway houses or something similar if and when Americans finally push for prison reform so they don’t go under. That is not true I was arrested in tn when I was 33 years old for 3 grams of marijuana and a pack of papers the only reason I got out of it was it was a illegal search but I still had to bond out and hire a lawyer and I had no previous convictions I asked the cop if he really had to take me to jail for 3 grams and he said he didn't have too but it was officer's discretion and he was going too he was a dick head he came to a house I was renting asked for a Mexican guy that used to live there I told him he didn't live there any more he asked if he could come in and look I said no he said he had a Warren with that address so I couldn't stop him he went to my master bedroom walked through went looked under the sink then went to the closet dug around and looked under some towels and found my weed and papers he arrested me then and the dick didn't even look through the rest of the house for the guy he was supposedly looking for and also i am white and the fuckers ignored my privilege
