Chad Wolf stepping down was really, really weird. I don't buy the excuse either, "because of frivolous court cases". What? There have been frivolous court cases ever since this dude was dealing with CHAZ/CHOP.
Could be cowardice on his part, but his replacement is supposedly a hard-assed former marine.
I'm not sure any of it is any part of a plan, but together everything that's happening is just fucking weird. None of it feels organic in any way.
