It’s so not false. Just look at the Antrim County forensic audit. Look at Coffee county audit. I remember 2 seats in palm beach county getting overturned several years ago bc these machines switched the candidates that won/lost.
I’m not sure if you looked through the entire thing. It shows clearly that there was a pattern of switching votes & that not only the number per candidate but also the total number of overall total voters was changed in each of three audits, with the audit receipts shown.
The 23 pg document was used in MI court hence the redactions as per the judege’s ruling on Dec14.
As for Coffee county, yes it is just the woman in charge of Coffee county elections (just so happens to be GOP) who is showing how votes could have been switched.
Her official sworn affidavit along with her televised testimony in BOTH GA hearings said that her county had 3 recounts and they could never replicate the election night totals, not even once. Hence, her making the video to later show her constituents WHY they refused to certify their county.
EDIT: Ramsland’s sworn affidavit to forensic audit and manipulated vote tabulation in Antrim County was included in Powell’s MI case, which never went to court. I’ll attach it later when I have time to find it.

Yes. Part of it. In the 1st recount in that county there was realization of a 6000 vote “Mistake”, “glitch” whatever in Bidens favor on election night. The total was subsequently fixed in recount.
Keep reading the doc. See how over 90% of ballots were sent for adjudication through the dominion cloud server. 90% of votes in that court were digitally adjudicated.
The results of adjudication were never given back to County level. Just sent out.
