I've attended several Stop the Steal rallies here in Georgia and was asked to interview with French media, which I politely declined. No problem. I saw the same guy interviewing others, and he was actually asking legit questions and listening to people's responses.
Contrast that to another person, from a major US media company, who was sneakily recording and photographing a small group to make us look bad, instead of asking nicely. Agenda driven news.
The press In the Netherlands are a bunch of socialists. Its so Terrible here. Negative Trump news and Covid or the combination of news. All day, everyday even the commercials are all about Covid. But almost no police arrests and Police have fresh haircuts all the time. Like no one cares about covid here but there are still rules of the lockdown. People go outside all the time. Shops are closed. Dont know what the news is in france and germany about trump. I guess bad too
Netherlands is a kingdom with a coalition parlement with a lot of social institutions and an open market and the right to private property. Mentality in the big cities are socialists and the rest is everything between left and right. Our media are a bunch of political correct lefties. But if you get into welfare after losing a job they really want you out of that shit asap and you have to look for a jon asap or you have bo right on welfare wich is a good tactic to keep people working. But could also be seen as tax slavery. And tax is high. Damn high.

Saudi Arabia knows that without the US, they will be nuked by Iran. In the Middle East, it's become like the old days: the Persian Empire (Iran) vs the Ottoman Empire (Middle East Arab countries). They further divide themselves between Sunni (predominantly Middle East countries) vs Shia (Iran).

Back in the heyday of the "Cold" War, while stationed overseas, I had access to translations of Pravda available. I used to study journalism and propaganda so I would read every newspaper that I could. I found that the USSR controlled Pravda had better journalism and more truthful reporting then the NYT! That was in the late 70's. American journalism has gotten so much worse.
I stopped reading US newspapers other then as part of a deep dive, over a decade ago. I couldn't handle the incredible insanity of it all any more.
