Civil War will not be the way. Look how many people turned on Trump in the last week. If it got to a two side situation, it would quickly turn into a mall fight on Black Friday with a bunch of countries jumping in to make it an unfair fight. What other countries would go against the uniparty? Poland? Hungary? Brazil? Maybe....but that is about it. It has to be grass roots and it may take a few generations now based on how much damage was done in the last 3 months.
